Owner Adam Wall founded Atlanta-based ATL ADU CO in 2017.  He is singularly responsible for the design conception, development, and completion of all projects, and oversees every aspect of building technology, code compliance and consultant coordination.  Prior to starting his namesake firm, Wall Architects, Adam co-founded Kronberg Wall Architects in 2004, where he created and led Kronberg Wall’s operations, quality control, and risk management divisions. With over two decades of passion for and experience with adaptive re-use and urban infill projects, Adam’s designs have received more than 20 awards from well-known organizations including the Atlanta Urban Design Commission, the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta. Among his many innovative projects, he was recognized with the 2015 AIA Georgia Merit Award for the New Orleans Jazz Market, a 350-seat performance venue he designed for the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra through his conversion of an abandoned grocery store.  He has also received Development of Excellence accolades from the Atlanta Regional Commission in 2016 and 2017 for his transformation of an historic granite AME church into the Kronberg Wall studio office space, as well as for his creation of Parson’s Alley in downtown Duluth, GA, a redevelopment that married adapted historic structures with new buildings.  Adam is an expert in model building codes and local/national building ordinances and regulations, and his tremendous respect for the beauty that is inherent in all architectural styles is apparent in his contextual designs. Adam grew up in the Atlanta area and earned a B.A. in Architecture from the Auburn University School of Architecture, Design, and Construction.
